Abstract
The general objective of this study is to assess the record keeping of pathological cases followed in hospitals in the city of Kananga in the DRC. We carried out a retrospective study of the files of the patients followed in the various departments of the Kananga hospitals. The results obtained denote a lack of data for the years 2015 to 2019 in the various services of the health structures surveyed. These gaps are the facts of badly preserved archives.
