Abstract
The object of this study is to release the impact of antiretroviral on some hemogram parameters of peoples living with HIV in Kinshasa. To arrive there, we sought to answer the following questions: - 1/ what would be the repercussion of antiretrovirals over some parameters the hemogram of people living with HIV in Kinshasa?; – 2/the hematologic anomalies suitable for be in the two studied populations, would be the same ones?. The methods futurology and descriptive with analytical aiming were used. The Kx-21N automat was used for to obtain the results of two studied populations, those of the seropositve patients with the HIV in 6th month of their antiretrovirals treatment and those PLH not being neat with antiretrovirals. On the total of 7 studied parameters oh hemogram, the rate of hemoglobin, the red globules, of average globular volume, did not show rates without difference on the statistical level between the two studied populations. On the other hand, for the white gobules and the average corpuscular concentration in hemoglobin, the comparison in the two groups revealed statistically significant differences. The PLH under antiretrovirals showed relatively normal rates compared to those of the untreated population.
